What is Ultra TV?
The Cable is excited to provide our customers with Ultra TV, our new one-tier TV service that replaces our current packages and offers the best value in the market.

Who is eligible to register for Ultra TV?
Ultra TV requires no registration. All current Cable TV customers will automatically migrate to Ultra TV. Customers who do not currently have Ultra TV are encouraged to sign up as they usually would for any other service from The Cable. The Cable welcomes you to sign up and experience Ultra TV today!

Do I need a TV Box?
No, you do not need a TV Box to watch Ultra TV, although if you currently have a TV Box there is no need to do anything, as your TV Box will continue to work with Ultra TV. However, all MaxPak customers will require a TV box.

I only have one working box but want Ultra TV in other rooms, what should I do?
You do not need a Set-top Box to watch Ultra TV. Ultra TV gives you the flexibility to enjoy its service either through your Set-to Box or via a direct cable connection between the cable fitting in your wall and any TV set in your home.

Do I need an Internet connection to watch Ultra TV?
You do not need the Internet to watch Ultra TV. Ultra TV is available in any room with a cable outlet and in all areas of St. Kitts that are served by The Cable.

What are the available channels for the Ultra TV service package?
Our new and exclusive Ultra TV channels are listed above, but can also be found in your MyCable account.

What are the other available packages?
All 75 channels are available in one simple, convenient package for just $60 (plus VAT). Two additional sports channels: SPORTSMAX and SPORTSMAX 2, are available as a MaxPack add-on for $30 (plus VAT), and four additional movie channels: HBO, HBO Family, HBO Plus and HBO Signature are available as a MoviePak add-on for $20 (plus VAT).

How do I sign up for additional packages?
Customers may sign up for the standard Ultra TV package as well as our Max Pack sports package, just as you normally would, at our office on Cayon Street.

Does Parental Control work on Ultra TV?
At this time, Ultra TV does not offer Parental Control, but we hope to do so soon. Presently however, most of the channels are family friendly.

Will I be charged to get Ultra TV installed?
Existing Cable TV customers will be migrated to Ultra TV at no extra cost. New Ultra TV customers will pay the standard TV installation fee of $100.

If a technician is not available, where can I find an Ultra TV set up guide?

Will I need a Smart TV to view Ultra TV channels?
The Cable’s Ultra TV service does not require a Smart TV.

How will I be able to connect Ultra TV to all the televisions in my house?
Ultra TV is available through your regular cable connections to your television sets. We encourage you to call us on 465 2588 or to visit our office on Cayon Street for any new or additional tv connections.

How is Ultra TV more affordable?
Ultra TV gives you 75 channels in a single, one-tier package for only $60, including numerous premium channels.

What shows can I watch?
Ultra TV provides a diverse and relevant channel line-up to be enjoyed by all! Some existing channels have been replaced by new ones, but with better content. Channel options include several Sports, Educational, Entertainment, Do It Yourself and Music channels.

Is every TV brand compatible with Ultra TV?
Ultra TV is compatible with any tv with a co-ax connection. Instead of connecting your tv to the Set-top Box, you will connect directly to the wall outlet using the same cable as before. No more boxes!

Why am I seeing Spanish programs and advertising on some channels?
St. Kitts falls within the area categorized by all content providers as Caribbean and Latin America (CALA). Some productions are Original Productions from the region, and these are only available in their native language: usually Spanish. You can find Original Productions throughout the channels, but these are not found too often.

Can I make my Ultra TV bill payment online?
The Cable facilitates online bill payments via your MyCable account, the the JAD app, or via the following commercial banks in St. Kitts: St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank, The Royal Bank of Canada, and Scotiabank.

What should I do when my TV starts jumping/scanning through the channels?
The cable box performs a two minute scan at regular intervals to ensure that our programming is up to date. You do not need to do anything during this process. However, if after a 5 minute duration and it is still scanning, please call 465-2588 or send an email to customerservice@thecable.biz
